I love my new haircut! I really appreciate that she was patient with my very tangled hair, and that my hair doesn't feel weighed down by product.
Last year an email was sent out that asked clients to leave a review for a free moisture or protein treatment. I did so and booked the treatment. I drove all the way from Akron(45 minute drive). Upon arrival, she looked confused and continuously asked me if I was sure I was at the right salon. I had the confirmation screenshot and email handy. I’m satisfied ever time I have an appointment.I go once a month . I’ve been a loyal customer for 6 straight months.
She is a nice stylist with great hospitality. Also very knowledgeable. Unfortunately i wont be returning $180 dollars for a wash/blowdry and twist out is very unreasonable.
