Katelyn does an amazing job on my hair and the head spa was the best thing ever. I would not trust anyone else to touch my hair. She is a great person and a great friend.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had and the customer service was even worse. Did not style or and didn’t cut my hair right. She asked if I wanted it straight or curled. I said straight. All she did was blow dry it. No straightner or anything. Asked for my hair to be cut in a V at the ends. Nope. It’s not even close to it. Had to go to someone else to fix my hair and have it cut the way I asked. Not impressed by the owner or her attitude. She spoke a few words to me and that was it. Was like I don’t even exist. Will never go back!
