My experience with this salon, and specifically with Emma, was negative. I asked for no dramatic changes while keeping the length, but I did not ask to leave several long strands showing the previous length; now this $140 haircut looks strange. The post-cut treatment dried out my hair, and it feels like straw on my head, with no elasticity. One star for the effort, zero for the result. Upd: I have been contacted personally and have to say - 5 stars for addressing the issue.
Always done right when I go here
I had a haircut and highlights done by Rosie, and she did an amazing job. I walked in looking like Weird Al and walked out channeling early-season Carrie Bradshaw. The cut and color were exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I’ve been here a few times before and didn’t have any issues but my last visit I was disappointed. We agreed the stylist would cut off my dry ends but overall leave the length, add layers back in, and add face framing pieces. She cut my face framing pieces very short and she also cut the top layer of my hair much shorter than it should be.
