I had another fantastic visit, and having Sheama cut my hair this time around was a wonderful experience! I really appreciate how much time the team takes to educate you on how to treat and care for your curl. If you have curly hair, this is definitely the place to go, and I'll be back! I’ve had cuts by Meghan, Nicole, and Sheama, and all are wonderful.Â
Curly girls be warned. Ive been visiting this salon periodically for years. I've gotten some of the best haircuts and worst haircuts of my life there. You need to know who you're booking with and what their cutting style is like. TWICE throughout the years I have left this salon crying because they didn't listen to my very clear instructions to not take a lot of length off. First time I went to Curl Evolution. Everyone was extremely friendly making me feel very comfortable. Stylist, Ashley, spent time talking to me about my expectations, explaining best practices for my type of hair and explained the products. I appreciated her expertise and not pushing products. I used to have very curly hair and wear my hair down all the time. After severe health problems, my hair started falling out and thinning and lost so much of its curl. It was no longer letting me put a brush through it, was no longer getting/staying wet, it would take me painful hours that left me in tears just trying to get any tangles out.
