Took several calls to finally get something besides voice mail and when I did reach someone I was not happy with their demeanor. I asked if they delivered to a particular address and I got, "duh, yeeeaaahh" as if I was stupid for even asking the question. Flowers are never cheap and those ordering them do so for very special occasions, to have what sounds like self-impressed 20-something give attitude for customer service rather than professional service told me all I needed to know about this retailer. AVOID this place!
