First off asked for light brown with blond highlights got dark brown with grey highlights then I felt like he was ripping my head off while washing and styling watched him use one container for highlights then one and a half for colour at end bill was $550 your kidding me ridiculously priced ! Not a good experience at all!
I came in yesterday to get balayage done and Ashley is the one that did my hair. She did such an amazing job and was super professional and friendly. I recently got balayage done at another salon and they couldn’t do my inspiration pic of what I wanted in six months and Ashley did it in one day. Ashley made sure to always check if my hair was going to fall out during the bleaching process and was always thorough about what was going on. I was contacted to confirm an upcoming appointment with Ashley, but I had originally booked with Jennifer. At no point was I informed that Jennifer no longer works there — the receptionist confirmed the appointment without mentioning this important change. I find this incredibly misleading and not reflective of proper client care. Had I been told, I may have chosen to reschedule or book with someone else.
