I came in seeking their services with positivity and optimism, and I truly believed they would be helpful and professional. I had a very frustrating experience with this facility. First, you’re required to choose a weekly time slot and establish care with a specific therapist just to get a consultation, which feels overly rigid and not client-centered. If you don’t feel like the therapist is a good fit after the consultation, they refuse to let you switch to someone else within their practice. Overall had an amazing experience working with Curect Neuropsychology. An issue I had, however, was with their billing department. There were multiple billing issues/mistakes that I had to reach out multiple times to get resolved. Despite that, they were very communicative with me and proactive in helping me clear things up.
