Good luck communicating with the young lady who answers the phone, very unprofessional, no knowledge whatsoever not willing to help. I’m sure they will lose a lot of business with her answering their phone and being the first person you communicate with. Very bad experience. I am apart a of a large group of people (NCAA) who was referred to this location.
Be cautious with this facility!! The website to log onto session NEVER works! You have to call to reset the password!!!!!EVERY WEEK! When we were unsuccessful I called and left several messages telling them we could not log on for our session. They charged our credit card $100 for the missed session! I believe this is a scam and wish to warn users of this service. I will also be filing a fraud claim with Medicare! Joan Carvajal I did not see an option for ZERO stars which is what they truly deserve!
The scheduling has been a nightmare. They do not listen at all.
