was never seen by them. scheduled on zocdoc and was seen by nobody. noticed lots of one star reviews on there for the same reason. highly recommend for them to take their zocdoc down if they are not going to assist those who schedule with them or contact the patient that they are unable to meet with them. super unprofessional.
I came in seeking their services with positivity and optimism, and I truly believed they would be helpful and professional. For my intake appointment, I was told that when I got my results I would also get documentation for disability for my university as well as an ESA letter for housing. I had a very frustrating experience with this facility. First, you’re required to choose a weekly time slot and establish care with a specific therapist just to get a consultation, which feels overly rigid and not client-centered. If you don’t feel like the therapist is a good fit after the consultation, they refuse to let you switch to someone else within their practice.
