This office has treated me very well through multiple different evaluations. The whole team is kind and caring. Making the appointments was easy for me. They communicate well, they double check if I have any questions or concerns and they make me feel comfortable. I will be returning to this office for any furture needs involving their expertise.

TLDR; lack of confirmation or reminders for appointments, difficulty scheduling, (case-by-case) unfocused therapy sessions I’ve had a really mixed experience with the scheduling process at this office. Depending on who picks up, the call can either be quick or take an unreasonable amount of time — what should be a simple five-minute scheduling and simple question on if a form has to be filled out has often stretched over 20 minutes. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If I could give zero stars I would. Made my virtual appointment online was told I was all set and ready to go the morning of my appointment I was called and said they never received my paperwork and could not start my sessions, why my appointment isn’t until the afternoon send the paperwork I will fill it out now and you will have it right back oh no we can’t do that.
