I’ve been to this salon twice, once with my mother and once alone, and both times I was turned away while other (Caucasian) customers were actively being serviced. During my most recent visit around 5:20 PM, nearly two hours before closing, I was told there were no technicians available, despite clear evidence otherwise. The pattern is obvious and unacceptable. My nails are super cute, but I went in asking for dip. After I sat down, the workers asked me if I would like Gel. I asked if there was a price difference, and they said, "It's about the same." My total cost was $85. Dip is $50, and Gel X is $75. $85 for short, square nails with dots. The environment is very nice, and the people are super sweet. A warning would have been nice, though.
