My wife goes once a month to Cure. Michael does an amazing job every time, he makes her comfortable and is very personable.
I've been coming to Cure for about 2 years, no complaints about the quality of their work overall. However, their time management and communication needs improvement. I arrived exactly on time, had an appointment for a pedicure, and sat for 25 minutes with zero attention (ex. foot soak turned on) before leaving. It's not right to ask people to make an appointment time if you're not going to honor it, especially with booking people/not taking walk-ins, you can control the flow of customers better. The absolute BEST nail salon!! Michael has been doing my nails for almost 15 years! Every member of the staff is amazing! They are meticulous and take their time to make sure you have the perfect mani pedi! Also their gel polish lasts for WEEKS!! I drive an hour to see them every month and it’s worth it!
I have been getting my nails done here every month for almost 9 months. I have been getting the jail builder and having them take it off and redo my nails. I just took it off after two weeks of getting them redone and this is what my nails look like underneath. I now have to go to the doctor to have them help me heal them,
** WARNING** Techs have not been properly trained in application of GEL-X system. I usually do my own nails at home, using gel-x, so I am very familiar with application steps and the dos and don'ts, as well as the safety needed when using these products. The tech that was doing the application was absolutely unsure of any of these steps, as he was literally reading the instructions as he did each step.
