I had previously left a 5 star review, but due to the front desk worker messing up appointment times, no reminder texts like I was told I would have, and being charged $150 for an appointment i didn't schedule but somehow missed, after showing up for an appointment I HAD scheduled only to be told i didn't have one... Very nice staff. Will definitely not be back..I said I would be back, but I won't...Fonda is very rude. Was never informed that I would be charged a 75 cancelation fee. Made a payment of 152 that I will not reimbursed due to my cancelation..she got upset when I stated that I will go somewhere else for treatment..for some reason Fonda could never verify my insurance went elsewhere they were able to verify my insurance...not sure if she was having a bad day or what. *Please read if you are a human being who is subject to illness.* I wish I would have read the low reviews prior to booking. My child came down with a sore throat the day before the appt. I called as soon as possible, explained the situation, and that I would need to reschedule my appts. The woman on the phone said their would be a $75 fee for each appt cancelled/rescheduled, and no exceptions for sickness. I was shocked. Their website claims they except Medicaid and other insurance plans, but when I called they said they do not accept Medicaid and it would be fully out of pocket.
Dr Shipley was super rude not nice at all I will never be back and don’t recommend
