Dr Shipley was super rude not nice at all I will never be back and don’t recommend
Really wish I could leave 0 stars and say how I really feel but I'll keep it more professional unlike the billing department when you talk to them. I had an appointment in Aug. of 2025; I was requested to pay "X" amount up front (which was paid using two cards) and an insurance claim was also filed. I had the procedure done THAT DAY and NEVER heard anything again from Cure Dental until 2/17/2026, I received a Thank you for your payment email. OK??? umm what and why? I’ve had several extractions in my life by some really good dentists, but my experience at cure dental was WAY beyond good. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The extraction itself was by far the easiest and less painful than any I’ve had before. 5 stars for sure !
The worst receptionist at this dentist office I have ever spoken to! In severe pain needing an appointment, but today is a holiday and they cannot verify my insurance until tomorrow, which the appointment would not be until tomorrow anyway, I even offered to pay cash and still the girl had an attitude and told me this probably wasn’t the place for me to be seen. Wow way to go customer service for a new patient with Insurance!
