They did a great job installing a new sand filter and chlorinator. Kim was easy to work with and communicated really well. They also beat the quote of another pool company and had the equipment installed within a week of the quote. Quality service!

Avoid. Recommended that I pay them $2K for new equipment. Pool leaking. They tool my money. Then they cut and run.
I was very disappointed with the way the company dealt with organising servicing. We were overseas when they texted my husband to inform us they were coming which we obviously never got as we were using an overseas SIM. Instead of having a ‘reply’ system to confirm the appointment, they showed up anyway and charged us a ‘no show‘ fee. Despite letting them know we never received the text as we were overseas and using a different SIM card they refused to budge and still charge us a fee which in my opinion is very unfair.
Great service, takes the stress out of maintaining your own pool. Lovely manager Kim always gets things sorted in a timely manner. Would recommend!
