Over Memorial Day weekend, I was approached by a young representative from Curbside Waste—on a hoverboard, no less. He offered to lower my annual waste bill by $500 if I switched from my current provider, SWS, to Curbside. Their pickup day is Tuesday instead of Friday, which I preferred, so I agreed. He provided a prewritten cancellation letter to send to SWS, which included a request for a refund of any prepaid services. Curbside has been reliable with on-time pickups and no issues with their service. I recently had a billing question, and Theresa assisted me—she was very professional, patient, and took the time to answer all my concerns thoroughly. I’m very pleased with her customer service skills. Overall, excellent satisfaction with the company!

Had a great experience today with a supervisor discussing a billing concern and it was easily and successfully resolved.
Zero stars. Just moved service to them, great deal. Called twice to make sure our cans would be delivered, assured that we would get the cans. No cans, other service picked up our old cans. Do not give them your business, terrible terrible service.
