We have paid for 2 trash cans for several years with no issues. Several months ago that all changed. One can was emptied into the truck, the other onto my lawn. This has happened several times since. Initially I call to find out why and get resolved. All I have ever gotten is lip service about the driver. I have called and even driven over to Curbies office. I just got off the phone with them to change my method of payment and it was so fast and easy. No recording just a real live person named Robert that took care of it. Years ago this may not have been a big deal but with these "high tech times" it's nearly impossible to talk to someone. Thank you. Made my day!
I can’t stress enough how pleased I am with Curbie Sanitation. When you need them the most, they are dependable. There are two companies that provide service to my area, and when we have had hurricanes Curbie showed up as scheduled to get trash the other company did not. They provide excellent customer service. You will talk to someone local if you call. They address problems very quickly. My can went missing, and they replaced the next day. I have used them for years with no complaints.
Absolutely the worst garbage service ever. I came home to trash all over my yard after I stacked it neatly in the trash can for them. I have never know a company that will do more work to not do their job. Absolutely insane. When I called they just wanted to mock me and hung out when I got mad. I will never be using them again and may let all the neighbors know about the cheaper service I have found. Only way this company is what you want if you like your lawn getting littered on
It is with the deepest gratitude that I write this review. After an incredibly long week of flooding, we found ourselves in need of a dumpster. After many hours, and a lot of kind friends helping, we filled that dumpster to the brim with ruined items that were special to my family and I. Having the dumpster allowed us to have one less thing to worry about this week and truly was such a blessing. I just received word that a very kind soul paid for our dumpster in full.
