The Curbie office staff are great...they are always pleasant, professional and warm. They're so nice to work with!
Worst service in town. Basically have to wrap your trash like a Christmas present for them to take it. Avoid at all cost.
Don’t use this company. They picked through our trash bin and removed empty mulch-bags before taking the rest of the trash. When we called to clarify, the customer service rep claimed the bags needed to be in a plastic bag?????? This is the 5th time they have picked through our trash bin, not taken random items and provided a ridiculous excuse. We will be switching services.
I live in an HOA controlled subdivision in Savannah Georgia. I’ve used Curbie for four years since I’ve been here. They are a great service. Always reliable. The office is very prompt and polite when you called for anything. Their automatic billing is very clear, and they send you reminders when it’s your trash and recycling day. Very pleasant to work with.
Why I’m I paying $87 dollars a month just for my trash to be left outside on the ground? This Is the worst trash company in the Savannah area very unprofessional. I would not recommend.
