This business is incredibly unethical and shady. They don’t cover their trucks and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. I’m definitely going to take legal action against them for the damage to my brand new car. The representative, Kathleen, was also extremely aggressive. I called twice within the hour, two days after the incident, and was basically yelled at for calling in while she was on another call. This company does Great work! I've use them many times over the years!
This company is very unprofessional rude and extremely hostile. One of their commercial work trucks had two brooms fly out of the truck bed on to I75 north bound in Naples exit 101 white ford f450 truck number #107 hitting my wifes car with our kids including me in it. Thankfully nothing happened to us but the car was damaged so we proceeded to file a police report call the actual company to tell them what happened they were closed so left 2 messages explaining everything that happened.
