This company services our association, they had their struggles a few years back but seem to have responded to feedback and this winter they have taken good care of us. Appreciate having year round support.
Typically I avoid writing reviews but this was a special circumstance. The owner, John, got his plow truck stuck in the middle of a 20” snow storm late that night. Not a big deal, things happen. This was around 9:30ish PM When the vehicle was first observed, stuck (or broken down) and left abandoned. Now where this plow truck is stuck in the parking lot means I’m completely blocked in until it’s moved (it’s a tight parking lot).
