Receptionist is horrendously rude, makes errors in booking appointments only to blame it on the patients. A family member went to his appointment (has the actual appointment time and date on the appointment card Curan's provided) only to be told (more like barked at) that there was no appointment for him.
They don’t answer the phones. The phone call doesn’t even try to go through, goes straight to voicemail. Why have business hours if you never answer the phone.
BUNCH OF IDIOTS.....DO NOT EVER ASKED DR.LAI TO FILLOUT PAPERWORK FOR YOU TO GO BACK TO WORK....YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL YOU ARE 65 AND READY TO RETIRE....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.PAID WAY TO MUCH...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR SALARY...NOT THE PATIENTS.
This is a “heart” centre. Patients associated with this clinic have serious issues and are on medications. Their policy of not answering their phones (their message says their callback is 24 hours!! That does not help patients). So my pharmacy faxed their office 3x over the last 2 weeks for renewal of all my medications and they have not responded to my calls or the pharmacy’s faxes! I require my medications, this is an urgent situation. How can a clinic disregard their patients this way?? Hire more staff to answer your phon... read more
