Violated their own contract claiming it was terminated with cause when in fact, it was without cause. Basically making up the rules as they go. Their management is extremely disorganized. They have unclear Medicare billing policies/practices.
Nearly impossible to get through to them for an appointment- long holds then no return calls. Very difficult especially for my 92 year old mother. Very disappointing. Maybe fraud to be found? Presently I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and counting
If you are looking for a job, stay AWAY from the cred department in this company. They will do whatever they can to eliminate you even if you have done nothing wrong. They are fake, they use you, they over work you and a lot of micromanaging. I would never recommend this place to anyone on this earth.
