Nearly impossible to get through to them for an appointment- long holds then no return calls. Very difficult especially for my 92 year old mother. Very disappointing. Maybe fraud to be found? Presently I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and counting
If you are looking for a job, stay AWAY from the cred department in this company. They will do whatever they can to eliminate you even if you have done nothing wrong. They are fake, they use you, they over work you and a lot of micromanaging. I would never recommend this place to anyone on this earth.

Very poor management within this company in the Lafayette sector
Lynn Woodall is by far the best NP I’ve worked with. Not all outside providers make themselves available when a resident is in need. Lynn is open to answering questions and making things easily understood. She’s an educator at heart. She is a blessing to have take care of your loved ones. Don’t let me forget Edee. She is Lynn’s virtual assistant. She rocks! She is on top of everything you send her. This team has to be the best in this area!
