I brought my 15 year ld son in because he was experiencing severe foot pain from rigorous athletic activities. He was seen by Dr. Ditrolio, and I’m happy to say that my son is now doing great and is all good to go! There was a minor issue with his prescription, but everything was resolved very quickly and promptly. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and the care my son received. Highly recommend Dr. Ditrolio! Thank you so much!

I needed an MRI, and my insurance initially denied it. The insurance denial clearly stated that the decision could be appealed and that the doctor’s office had seven days to file the appeal. I immediately contacted the office. Tony, the office manager, told me they were “looking into it.” I trusted that they were handling the situation. They weren’t.
