Most Dr 's very good caring good with follow .Billing prob should NOT BE 15 phone calls and then being assured it was taken care of .This prob OVER a year old .Now im sorry you lost a customer.
Dr Nero and staff were all kind, professional, and courteous! Wait was not long and I felt that Dr. Nero really took his time explaining his assessment and treatment plan, even personally modeling how to stretch and massage the affected areas. I highly recommend this practice, and while I don't hope to injure myself again, this practice would be where I would return if I needed to!
Dr.Nero is easily one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. I felt that Dr.Nero and the rest of the staff were unbelievably friendly and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable for my appointment. I was incredibly Impressed and would very highly recommend him.
Dr. Seo is one of the best doctors I've seen in a long time. I've only had 3 appointments so far, but she's been incredibly informative, knowledgeable, compassionate (this is rare for doctors IMO), and patient. The rest of the office staff seems great too, and this includes the front desk admins.
