I picked up some Novarine and the seal was already half way opened when I took off the lid. I called for a resolution, and they told me they would just exchange it out. I do enjoy their flower, but I just don't feel comfortable enough to buy from their sales section anymore because of this. Who knows how long that seal was broken!
The staff here is so sweet and helpful. I visited for the first time yesterday 2/16 and the two women who were there opening were the SWEETEST souls ever. I brought my son (usually I try not to but I didn’t have any other time to stop in) and he is high energy and they were SO understanding and helped with him while I paid and everything. They gave him stickers and helped keep him occupied. Thank you for being so sweet to me and my baby boy!! It means the world.
