The pricing could be better, but the staff are usually very accommodating and friendly, Dan was great today, very sweet and friendly.
Crazy long waits during peak times, they do bare bones staffing so when someone calls out crowds of people can form and the parking lot is absurdly small. (I know someone who got into an accident in this lot already). I’ve also been asked to break the law in order to get a refund from them which I didn’t like.
I have been coming here for years and absolutely loved it. The management must be different because I was actually just yelled at. I yelled back. I’m not proud of that. I’m sick and have been for weeks so I chose to come do a curbside pickup order, my first one. The app asks for my type of car so I didn’t worry when there weren’t any designated spots. Outstanding service! Pricing is very reasonable compared to a Abington (different business). Associate #31099 Noelle was extremely knowledgeable about product, resources for finding specific carts similar to my favorite, and how to make sure I was benefiting from the monthly specials.
