Katie was absolutely amazing! She took her time helping me find exactly what I was looking for and really knew her stuff. Super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great vibe, but Katie’s customer service is what really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for her again!
