I pass five other dispensaries, driving a half hour just to get to the Northbrook store. What can I say, they're the best.
Wonderful selection, great prices, professional staff, clean but bright and fun building/set up. Product was great quality, didn't spend too much. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, great place to stop!
I have a SERIOUS issue. Your Northbrook location security is disturbingly rude. I pulled in at 7:58 PM, I work from 8 AM until 7:30 PM!!!! Your disgusting security officer saw me pulling in, he LOCKED the door, and went inside. I tried entering, and be comes outside “yo were closed. come back when were open, tough” Are you kidding me? This is my medicine. You have security guards shutting the door on your guests BEFORE closing time, to then deny service 1 minute before closing.
