The Bates Motel is what we called it. Sums it up perfectly.
The place was nasty, trash cans overflowing with trash, floors had dried blood on it dirty wash clothes fron previous shift in sink, dirty dry phem on and sheets . The vents are full of dust bunnies. Just nasty.
Very disappointed they way (my brother)the was treated there. We had to stay on top of everything. Developed bed sores which they didn't doctor until we through a fit. Sorry I never take another love one there
UPDATE: Still do not return phone after receiving a letter from them. They gave the WRONG phone number for us to talk to someone about our concerns NO ANSWER. GIVING wrong information to a different rehab for our son to looked at and maybe transferred. STILL miscommunication between case manger and doctors when giving information to families. We talk about one rehab and then 2 days later DOCTOR wants a different , so when it was talked about to case manger she didn't know anything. THEN talks about patient information on a v... read more
