Excelent but disrespectful receptionist
Great service on the phone and with Nathalie the nurse!
Do you guys know there's a device called telephone, people use that to make an appointment for them? Did you guys forget about it? I think the receptionist should get fired for not picking up calls and making people wait. Also their behavior is not good.
