Love this shop and the people who run it ! The sweetest staff AND consistently good coffee every time!
I love this little cups! It's so cozy with blankets on the chairs and cute dim lighting perfect for reading and sipping a cup of coffee! I usually am always am up in the air about what coffee I want but today Emma was so sweet and helped me with my order! I love when barristas have recommendations. She even asked if I wanted an extra shot because I said I hadn't slept a lot last night. By far my favorite coffee shop. Inside, outside, and the staff are perfect for a quick stop or a long study break.
Cups in the Quarter is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. There are comfy chairs and couches to lounge in and also plenty of tables and chairs if you want to read or work. Our favorite barista is Genesis. She makes delicious drinks and excellent coffee. Feels like she understands exactly what you’re looking for. Love it there!
I’ve had a chance to experience customer service at many different Cups locations, however, this location is very special to me. The customer service here has always been amazing and the small details that this location puts into every order makes coming back that much more exciting. Customer service means everything to me and to witness the staff remember orders, names and special details that are specific to each customer is truly impressive.
