Cups in the Quarter is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. There are comfy chairs and couches to lounge in and also plenty of tables and chairs if you want to read or work. Our favorite barista is Genesis. She makes delicious drinks and excellent coffee. Feels like she understands exactly what you’re looking for. Love it there!
I’ve had a chance to experience customer service at many different Cups locations, however, this location is very special to me. The customer service here has always been amazing and the small details that this location puts into every order makes coming back that much more exciting. Customer service means everything to me and to witness the staff remember orders, names and special details that are specific to each customer is truly impressive. Cups is my favorite coffee shop in general and this is my favorite location! It has a warm, inviting atmosphere, excellent coffee, delicious blueberry scones, and a lovely library room for working or visiting with friends over coffee or tea. What truly set this visit apart, though, was the staff. I was hoping to find a T-shirt for an international guest, and the employees went out of their way to help.
