I can’t praise Cupples construction enough. We had hail damage from a storm which started the process of getting the shingles replaced. The crew worked extremely hard to not only replace the shingles, but identified a few issues when the old shingles were removed. They explained the issues, what it would take to fix them, and did it all seamlessly. They took the time to make things right and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Throughout the entire process they provided fantastic communication. Highly Recommend.
One of your drivers decided to pull out in front of me and decided to sit really long at stoplights and stop signs. He was on his phone. Might want to hire more responsible employees
Brady, Sawyer, and Noah were pleasant to work with, detailed in their contract, meticulous with their inspections, and we discussed all aspects of this job including possible needed repairs once old roof was removed. They ended up having to replace the roof deck and gave us a fair estimate for that before work started. I highly recommend this company. I highly recommend Cupples Construction! Another company dropped the ball on getting out to my house to replace some fascia that tore off on a very windy day, so we got a hold of Tanner Cupples based off of a referral. He was out the next morning to inspect it and give me a quote (which by far beat the other company) and had it replaced the same day. I am highly impressed with their communication, professionalism, response time, and pricing. We have two homes and a business and will only use Cupples Construction from now on!
This whole company was amazing to work with. I knew we were going to be in good hands from our first appointment. They never promised me anything with insurance and were very honest. If State Farm didn’t cover everything (which they did thanks to York) we would have hired cupples and paid out of pocket. It’s hard to trust all these companies and I 100% trust cupples roofing. Also they did NOT ask me to write a review. I know lots of roofing companies around here ask that.
