Today I urged a friend not to see Dr Cupp & realized it’s my responsibility to share my experience of years ago to save others an awful outcome. When I visited Cupp & would ask about costs, I was urged to return and repeatedly reassured that insurance covered it. Later I received a huge bill. My State insurance advised her office to fill out the forms correctly for payment, but she wouldn’t budge. Ultimately, her lawyer threatened suit, & I had to hire a lawyer. There’s more, but no room left.
After going with Dr. Cupp for a while, I noticed charges on my bill not covered by my health insurance, so I called the health insurance company and they told me they were covered. Dr. Cupp got mad because I called the health insurance and not them to inquire about it and was very rude. I never went back there.
Dr. Cupp is a excellent chiropractor. Always listens to my concerns and addresses them immediately. There is very little wait time. The staff is also excellent, very professional and always friendly.
I love this office! Dr. Cupp is amazing as is her staff. Have been going to her for years. I have been in several car accidents and she has fixed me up every time! I also take my kids and even grandkids. Can't imagine life without a chiropractor, especially this one.
Ree Cupp took umbrage when I changed chiropractors after many years. When I picked up x-rays from her at my new chiropractor's request she grilled me mercillessly in front of her staff and the patients in the waiting room. Later, when I was rear ended less than a mile from our office, she denied me an appointment. Her receptionist said Dr Cupp was not granting appointments to anyone who had not seen her for over six months. Blatantly unprofessional behavior in both cases.
