Amazing experience purchasing a brand new vehicle on 1/2/2026. Inquired about vehicle on 12/31, Robert was super helpful and very welcoming. Came on 1/2/2026 to take a look at vehicle, drove off with it in about 2 and a half hours. Easy to deal with and very transparent! Would choose this dealer over the big ones, as they truly care for each customer!

Call and set up appointment to get my car engine, diagnosed and fixed. I also needed a key as my key was stolen. After hauling the car there myself and coordinating with the parts manager to get a key made and providing documentation that he required he rudely and disrespectfully declined to make me a key. Even after me showing concern for him as a human being and the way he was treating customers and representing cupp Chevrolet. He still refused to work with me when I had provided all the information.
