Went here because I needed nail replacement due to a broken nail. This was the closest place from where I was going, went in and a lady was really rude. All she did was walk around with headphones around her neck and her feet were red as fire. She looked extremely unsanitary. She looked at my hand threw it and got up! She was talking about customers in their language and it was obvious. The environment is not welcoming!!! The owner came replaced the nail she was really nice. Il never go there again! What a great experience! Cupid Nails is a clean relaxing spa for mani and pedis. The staff is kind, gentle and very professional. Loved the experience all the way around. I’ll be back.
This place has really went down. My new nail fell off 3 days after application and my feet felt like sand paper two days later. I didn’t even bother to go back for them to fix it I just won’t be giving them my $100 EVER again! Don’t waste your money
