I got acrylic nails and got a French tip. The application of the acrylic was very messy. I have air-pockets on both of my thumbs. I got them done less than a week ago and 5 of my nails are already starting to lift. The acrylic was hardly blended to my nail and some of them even have jagged edges. I specifically came to a place like this instead of a cheaper and faster nail salon because I wanted my nails to have more care and time taken with them. I’ve been pretty loyal customer for few years. Not often but few times in a year. Sometimes it was very nice job done and sometimes it was average. I had one time no show happened and been charged without consent. It was a serious situation and they didn’t care. Be aware of very STRICT policy and the fact that they store your credit card info which i didn’t give consent to it. Bad customer service.
If you need nail art done, ask for Danielle! She is so talented! Danielle was also so careful and conscientious, double checking that I was happy with the art every step of the way, and gently reminding me to speak up if she sensed that I was uncomfortable or unhappy so she could adjust. She even noticed that the color I picked wasn’t quite the same as the reference photo, so she wiped off the polish she had applied and helped me find the right color. 8/7: ALL MY GEL POLISH IS PEELING OFF Update 8/3: After a scheduling mix-up, they were able to get us in, which I appreciated. I had requested two pedicures, but when we arrived, only one technician was available. I ended up waiting 30 minutes while my mom started hers. The second technician didn’t finish with her prior client in time, so she began my pedicure while pausing my mom’s…ultimately rushing through both.
