Bryan (Brian?) is BEYOND helpful!! He talks slow and makes sure you're ordering exactly what you want. He was also managing the front by himself when we went, and he was phenomenal at juggling new customers, making meals, and grabbing new katsu from the back. He was constantly cheery, and no request was ever too much for him to handle. From giving out samples to adding sauces to K-dogs, no employee of Cupbop has ever treated us with such high quality service.
Always so good and service is kind everytime!
The owner prefers someone to choke rather than letting someone grab a napkin to cover their mouth to cough.
