I ordered through door dash because I was home sick today and the rice was so dry and stale I could barely chew it. I asked for extra beef and I got maybe 6 tiny pieces. The chicken was also very stale and hard to chew. Really unfortunate because I wanted to give cupbop a second chance after the last time which wasn't good either.
This place is always hit or miss. Last couple of times have been very bad. A couple days ago we went in and there was one guy working with some very loud inappropriate music playing. There were children in the restaurant, and the music was cussing and lots of profanities. We ended up walking out and may not go back. I hope they get their act together.
