Much better experience this time around. Had gone before and the employee did not seem to care about customer service and there was a 15min wait on rice. This time there was the manager there and the food was fresh and hot and no real wait. Also seemed to care about the food and making sure the customers were happy.
We LOVE Cupbop! Their food is so delicious with unique sauces. But it needs improvements Downside - it's NOT conveniently located. I wish there was one in Springville! The location in Provo is not the greatest. It's kind of tucked away and can be such a pain to get into with traffic & all the college walkers + construction! The parking is also not suburb. There is usually enough parking spaces, but the way the building is placed, there is VERY little to no room to get into your parking spot. We've had food delivered to us f... read more
staff was so nice and accommodating, food was served quickly with no issues, no complaints and we will be back fs
