Afortunada Arroyo Had breakfast at The Cup in West Springfield this morning. The BEST white veggie omelet I've ever had. Spinach, Zucchini & Squash all sauteed and perfectly seasoned (not salty) & melted cheddar cheese - perfectly wrapped in egg white. So good!! 2 years since the first time we ate here. Now this is the place where my husband and I have a nice quiet breakfast when the kids go to school, anniversaries, birthdays and every special ocassion or excuse we can think of for a nice quiet breakfast. Service is excellent, affordable and the best breakfast in town (trust me, we tried other places). I promise you won't regret stoping by to try what they have to offer! Kid friendly too.
Excellent breakfast! The pancakes were fluffy and just the right size, and the biscuit was delicious! I finished the coffee and chocolate milk within minutes lol!

The servers are all very friendly and professional and the food was delicious. Love the decor inside and the setup. One of our favorite places. The kids love it here.
I love this place for breakfast! The waitresses are very friendly and on top of things, and the food is delicious and hot! Also, they offer a wonderful fruit cup!
