FIRST VISIT: Dr. Nguyen spent the entire visit talking at me. No getting to know you or establishing rapport. Just jumped into my records and began marginalizing other cardiologists diagnosis. I haven't seen any other cardiologist in 3 years, and my first visit to one and I get treated like a hypochondriac before I ever had a chance to speak.
