We were excited to try Cunningham’s on a Tuesday night at 7:30 and there was a 40 minute wait. They had a whole half of restaurant open and the patio had several tables open. In addition to the open areas, they had four hostesses just standing at the front. I am kind of surprised they do not have their hostesses trained to wait tables when they are busy.
The wait was a few minutes longer than the host had indicated, but it was very worth it. I had the Juicy Jameson burger. It was wonderful. The only complaint might be that it was too much food, but I managed to finish it. It was cooked to three exact medium I had ordered. The blue cheese and Jameson sauce complemented each other nicely.
My server was too attentive. Also the youngest woman who brought my meal and asked if there was anything else to get. I asked for extra napkins expecting dinner sized napkins. Instead I was given cocktail napkins. Big difference and not at all helpful.
