Got my engagement ring resized. The staff was very helpful, the timeline for the modification was accurate, and you can't tell the ring has had work done. Very satisfied.

That is all you can ask for ... good products, reputable service and reasonable pricing, with the side benefit of supporting a locally owned business - not a retail chain store with out of town ownership.
