I scheduled a free 15-minute free consultation with their AUBURN office as they advertise on their website, but it was merely an appointment scheduling option for them. The attorney who I was scheduled to speak with did not call me. I had to call in at the appointment time, and then I had to call back in because she let the call go to voicemail. Worst law firm. People don’t pick up the phone or return emails. Is anyone working in the office or on permanent vacation. They take your money and don’t finish what they started. Almost 4 months nothing completed. I may die before they finish - if they finish.
