I cannot say enough good things about David Munday and his team at Cunningham Swan. We recently closed on an absolute nightmare of a real estate transaction where the other party involved was making poor choices which could have ultimately cost us thousands of dollars, and the lost dream of buying a cottage. Shockingly bad service. Response time for simple requests is deplorable. Considering the nature of their work, this is unacceptable. To be clear - my parents are customers of yours and both myself and my father have repeatedly contacted the firm over the last several months with dismal response about pressing matters
