I have a common English name and the student they sent to represent me couldn't even say my name properly, or even speak proper English. I felt humiliated. They wouldn't answer my emails and I had to show up in person for someone to actually answer my questions. They seem to have done a good job, but a quite a high price
First I would state that we have been with this company for over 26 years for numerous legal matters and always received top notch service. However our last encounter we had, which was updating our wills was very disappointing and would no longer recommend them. We were asked to provide information from our Accountant which was a very detailed report and then the lawyer didn't even use it.
