I had a sump pump installed by this company. It failed, within a few months and they refused to honor their warranty. I had to purchase another one and hire a plumber to install. Have to take them to court to sue them for the damage to my basement as well as a new pump, since they refused to replace the defective one they installed. They also charged me $500 for a cheap $69 sump pump they told me was their "top of the line".

We needed a new installation of AC for our home in Butler, PA. Matt (new owner?) promptly came out and gave us a very competitive quote. In spite of the Corona Virus he managed to obtain the unit we wanted. It was delivered and installed as promised. The install was prompt, efficient, and very nice looking. It does an excellent job of cooling our home. Cunningham Shanor is someone I would highly recommend.

I woke up at 3 am with water in my basement from a pump that stopped working. I cleaned it up and waited until 8 am to call a plumber. I am from Butler County and figured I would use a local company. The woman on the phone was courteous, and asked many questions making sure her technician would have what he needed for the job. They arrived on time like they said, took care of the problem and also gave tips on how to extend the life of the new pump. Fantastic company and quick service. ******* **
