Not happy about historical assessment. 2006 assessment of .86 acres by company recently assessed at $232,000. when BC assessment for the same year was $99,000. So how can that be....$132,000. more. Unrealistic because property was falling apart. It is not I who got company to assess, but former spouse did! Disputing value

I have to say they are an excellent appraisal company. They are local and make sure they work right with their customers. I always give out their name to everyone I know! They are truly my first choice when it comes to appraising anything.
