Every spring my family and I have stayed at a Longboat Key property managed by Cunningham Prop Management for 21 of the past 24 years. We have had very few problems. Management has always been responsive and honest. Sure, this year there were a few things missing but that was after they got hit by TWO hurricanes in the fall.
Have had great experiences with this management company. Always attentive to my and my families needs during out vacations in Longboay Key. Highly recommend.
