In any case, they are there to help you with questions, as taxes seem to be ever more complex.
Horrible. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I was shopping around for a new accountant/CPA since mine was retiring. I received a phone call from a CPA here and he was blatantly disrespectful towards me, my profession and my mentor ( my Father). The CPA generalized, complained of people in my profession and told me my Father was incompetent. I would rather get audited and do my own taxes than be treated the way that I was..... Some business to employ a CPA like that!
