I called on a Friday and a tech was able to come out that day got my system running. He advised me that a part might be going bad but I had ac through the weekend. On Monday I had a problem it was that part Ambrose came out diagnosed it and ordered the part but he got the ac going again for me. The part arrived tues and Ambrose went above and beyond and replaced the thermal expansion valve by himself and got soaked by rain finishing up. I highly recommend this company.
Mike and Jimmy, the installers, were awesome! They were very courteous and cleaned up the entire time they were installing my new AC unit. Super nice guys! Thank you.
