Had a wreck and chose them to fix my damage and it’s been over a month and a half. They put the wrong grill in. Now they are holding my truck because they can’t find a seatbelt for it. Very unprofessional and rude people. Bought a corvette from them two years ago and was thinking about buying another not now I’ll never do business with them again!!!!!!!

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and other services that needed to be performed. Upon receipt of my vehicle, I did a walk-around and noticed that DEF fluid was added to my truck, which looked like it had overflowed, because the driver's side bed and driver's side tire were all white due to the DEF fluid drying up. This is the best service department in TN. Hands down, when you make an appointment, they get you in in time. Not expecting you to drop off and leave it all day. They work on your vehicle right then. No need to take off, sit down, and wait as they will not be long. Everyone is very nice and treats you as if you are a friend, not just some customer. I will not have anyone but them touch my truck. When it needs an oil change, that is what they do not try to up sale some bull to cost you extra.
