Nasty! I cannot stress you enough about the roaches. They appear EVERYTIME I turn off a light. And don’t get me started on when I go on vacation! There’s dead roaches everywhere! My daughter started crying because she doesn’t want to sleep because of the roaches crawling around! The building always smells like weed or marijuana. The cabinets weren’t cleaned properly when we moved here. I can tell the walls weren’t repainted when we moved in. Paint chips everywhere! Building management doesn’t even handle the rent good! When we moved in back in 2019 these apartments were under CH Wen management and they were great. Buildings were kept clean and the grounds were kept immaculate and we always had adequate heat. Now A&E Realty purchased the property and there is no heat, no proper cleaning. Everything is dirty, they don't cut the grass anymore. The buildings aren't cleaned properly and the garbage is always piled up. We now have rodent issues. This place will be a super dump in about another couple of years. It all comes down to the people, there's roaches because people keep trash in their apartment they come out with large black bags that don't fit down the chute if everyone took out their trash more often that would resolve that issue. I don’t have roaches and cunningham provides an exterminator if needed. Let's talk about the tenant's who don't pick up their dogs mess again it comes down to the people. A&E management should be ashamed. They charge all this rent, and trees on their grounds have large branches falling, which could fall on tenants and pedestrians, not to mention on our cars. $165 for garage spaces where lights are out, leaking pipes, rusty water dripping on our cars ruining the paint, people paying for one space but parking 2 vehicles at the same time in one space naking it difficult to get in my space at times, some of the spaces assigned dont make sense.
