A&E are the worse by far. Jenna left and maintenance has not been the same since. PAM in the office is useless, she doesn't take messages instead tells you to call back. The heat is sketchy and the water takes 15 minutes to get hot, yet we are now paying for an MCI increase. The mice are not being taken seriously and I had to paint to get rid of the roaches. Tenants please be aware and check your tenant rent statement thoroughly. The management office has been sending out in accurate rental statements to my mother that have been residing at the Cunningham Heights Apartment for several years. If my mother hasn’t gotten me involved, she would have paid the unlawful billing of a yearly "Security Deposit".
