Unfortunately, my experience with the rental office has been very disappointing. The office assistant is often on her cell phone when residents come in and has speaken negatively to me about the maintenance staff and management, including Jason and John. If you're considering moving here, don't! Multiple buildings REEK of cigarette smoke even though they're supposed to be "smoke free". Individuals smoking in and around the building into the late hours of the night. Problem goes unchecked despite calls and complaints. Influx of volatile tenants making it increasingly unsafe.

Have it on good authority, they're trying to force certain people out. And there definitely seems to be a deliberate effort to reduce or severely limit maintenance and basic cleaning services, at least for certain buildings.

A&E are the worse by far. Jenna left and maintenance has not been the same since. PAM in the office is useless, she doesn't take messages instead tells you to call back. The heat is sketchy and the water takes 15 minutes to get hot, yet we are now paying for an MCI increase. The mice are not being taken seriously and I had to paint to get rid of the roaches.
