I called Cunningham after having an issue with a different company and a friend referred me to Cunningham. Mr Cunningham came out late the next day showed me where the leak is and I mentioned what the other company said. Mr Cunningham was showing me a totally different area from what I was told before. I asked about the other location and he showed me where that is on the unit as well as the mulch around that area. Two gentlemen came out, very professional, very friendly, fixed my issues with my duct work. They are just a great company to do business with.
A/C went out on Friday evening so I called Cunningham Heating and Cooling first thing Monday morning. With our recent heatwave I was hoping to get on a service call list sometime in the next few days. Within a couple of hours Philip Cunningham was standing in my yard assessing the problem. This young man was very professional and a blessing to talk to. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour we had a cool house so the wife was happy. I strongly suggest this business to anyone.
