My husband experiences horrible and horrible for me. Still charging bandages call answering service 4 time and was told to call back if no call from Dr. Eastern in 20 mins. Call back was told to call back exactly in 20 mins. Play this game 4 times. Unbelievable! Still charging bandages never received that call.
Dr. Ilowite is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, excellent in every way and a very nice man!
She is caring and competent.One of the few dermatologists that is considerate enough not to make you wait for hours in the waiting and/or examining room. A definite sweetheart and someone to consider when needing a dermatologist
It was my first time to see Dr. Ilowite. I was taking in a timely fashion. He explain what the issue could be and gave me options on how to take care of it. I let him do the procedure. He was able to remove the Cyst sac and drain it. He was kind and professional and really cared about what was best for me. I recommend this Dr. To anyone trying to find a dermatologist. On top of that he reach out to me the following day. Most Dr. have someone else call. He called me which went a really long way.
I visited Dr Strauch for skin eruptions. He could not diagnose the problem but prescribed an ointment. Couple of days later the situation worsened into a different kind of skin eruptions and started flaring up all over the body. Called his office and spoke to the doctor. He showed no interest in seeing what I was experiencing. Simply asked me to come on next scheduled visit! I could not believe it! Extremely disappointed. Such dermats should not be allowed to be in practice. What a shame!!!
For several years - Dr. Ilowite treated my skin condition - or should I say - he managed it - finally - the skin problem is no longer a concern - all it took - was for me to - 'change doctors' - I found a replacement dermatologist who prescribed the correct medication and my skin problem is gone!!
I've been a patient of Dr. Illowite for many years. He is the absolute best and I would definitely recommend him. He is very kind, personable, professional. He doesn't make me feel like I'm just another number like other doctor offices do and takes his time and never rushes. 5 star!!!!!!!
Simply put . . . this office does NOT return phone calls!
Been a patient for at least 2 decades. He was knowledgeable & patient, & though you waited about 45 minutes to see him you usually got the results you were looking for. As of late the wait is not less than an hour and a half, & that’s just the time it takes to get into an exam room. I believe it’s disrespectful to treat patients as if their time is not important. The Doctor also now hands you a sheet with general information about your condition rather than taking the time to talk to you.
